Refund and Returns Policy
Damaged in Transit: If your purchased artwork arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged piece to be eligible for a refund. To initiate the refund process:
- Email us at [YourEmail@email.com] with a detailed description of the damage.
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging for verification.
- Once we review and confirm the damage, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeframe: After confirming the damage and agreeing to a refund, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Other Reasons: Our policy is to offer refunds solely for artworks damaged in transit. All sales are otherwise considered final. Please review your selection carefully before making a purchase.
Return Shipping: If the artwork needs to be returned due to damage, LaurenAndreu.com will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Packaging: To ensure the safety of the artwork, please repack the piece in its original packaging, if possible, when returning. Proper packaging helps in preventing any further damage during transit.
